Demolition at KCC

Lower Level Improvements Begin

One Step Forward By Andy Bratton, Senior Minister Things are getting ready to happen with our lower level construction project and I wanted to bring everyone up to speed on the why and what of the happenings. When I arrived in 2015 I had a weekend getaway with the Elders to discuss the current health of the church and to create a strategy going forward. When I started here at KCC, what was fresh in people’s minds was a horrific How COVID has affected us

Stuff the Bus – School Supplies Drive for KPS Kids

KCC is having a school supply drive for kids in community for the beginning of the school year. We would like to have a large supply of any of these materials available at the Blazer Bash Thursday, August 31st to be available to anyone who may need them. School supplies and backpacks are very cheap right now, so if you are out and about and can pick something up, that would be amazing! Wal-Mart has backpacks for $4.97, and crayons and How COVID has affected us

WOW God!

By Sara Blasko, Children’s Minister Every year, when I think about getting ready for VBS I get stressed. The planning, the ordering items, trying to make sure I don’t forget anything, recruiting and training volunteers…It all seems a little overwhelming. And then I think about the actual week of VBS, and I can’t wait to do it again! The difference in those weeks leading up to VBS and VBS are huge. During VBS, I get to see all of that How COVID has affected us

Maker Fun Factory Wrap-Up

Maker Fun Factory, this year’s Vacation Bible School (VBS) is history now! We saw about 140 children come each day to participate in uplifting songs, nutritious snacks, fun games, engaging stories, and more! The offering totals are in! $1,136 were given to Joel Ickes and his ministry in New York city with Global City Mission Initiative! However, the total monies that will be sent to Joel are $2,272 because an anonymous donor agreed to match this weeks giving!!   Thank How COVID has affected us
