Marriage
LOVING YOUR SPOUSE
LOVING YOUR SPOUSE LIKE JESUS LOVES US I will never pretend to be an expert in anything. I wanted to write today about marriage. I have been married for 23.5 years. That may seem like a drop in the bucket to some of my older friends. And it may seem like an eternity to younger people. The truth is, it’s both! Depending on your perspective. Honestly, sometimes it feels like both to me! On our good days, I can fondly think, I How COVID has affected us
Let’s Get Dirty
In the months of February and March, we will be having a conversation about marriage and relationships. Our world has devalued marriage and the marriage commitment and we want to dive into God’s Word and see what it says about God’s design for marriage. The Song of Solomon will be our base text for the series as we explore what God intends for marriage and what healthy marriages will do for the future of God’s church and the future of How COVID has affected us
Wedded Bliss

Whenever I say “marriage,” I can’t help but remember the Princess Bride movie and the famous scene of the king and princess Buttercup getting married against her will. And just when the formal service is beginning we hear the minister say, “Mawwige. Mawwige is what bwings us together today.” And later he says, “Wuv, twoo Wuv.” I looked up How COVID has affected us
Three New Classes Launch this Sunday
We’re super excited to offer three new Faith Training Classes beginning this Sunday, April 23, 2017 at KCC! Our goal with this class is to strengthen and help hurting marriages. However, we also believe this class will help prepare young singles and couples for marriage in the future. Additionally, we’ll be looking at how God fits into all of this. The “I” in Marriage meets every week in the Worship Center with Andy and Lisa Bratton. The Bible is How COVID has affected us
