WASP – Wednesdays
WASP is every Wednesday after school for kids Kindergarten-3rd grade. We hope to begin, Wednesday, January 6, 2021. To stay connected and informed, please join the KCC WASP parents group. Make sure your kids are registered so that we can get any supplies needed to you! We’re looking forward to a great year!
Our Wednesday After School Program, or WASP for short, is for Children Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
This after school for a program features a Bible story, snack time, crafts, activities, games, science experiments, and a year-end movie complete with freshly popped popcorn and drinks!
Once we begin meeting in-person again, transportation is available to pick up your child from Kalkaska Birch Street School.

The Wednesday After School Program runs from fall until spring.
Octane – Thursdays
Octane seeks to build Biblical life skills in your child while providing a safe place to make relationships with a lot of fun! We hope to begin Thursday, January 7, 2021!
Tweens will be taught to apply the Bible to their lives in order to give them a spiritual foundation preparing them for their Middle School and High School years.
While at Octane your child will participate in activities such as scavenger hunts, swimming, orchid visits, and community service projects.
When we begin meeting in person, transportation is available to pick up your child from Kalkaska Cherry Street School. Register your child online now.

Faith Training – Sundays at 9:00 AM
We are not currently offering children’s Faith Training classes due to Covid precautions. Faith Training is where young people learn about Jesus and His incredible love for them. Children are encouraged to bring their Bibles if they own one.
Kidmo – (Not currently open)
The purpose of Kidmo is two-fold. One is to help parents train their children Biblical principals that will serve them in daily life. Kidmo also provides a place for elementary age children to receive age-appropriate teaching while their parents can worship with adults and hear messages that apply to their adult season of life.
Kids attending Kidmo will watch a fun video series that brings the Bible to life using humor and practical applications. They will learn a new Bible verse every week in a crazy way, compete with other teams to earn points during quiet time, and participate in worship time and singing.
Kidmo is for elementary-age children.
The Lord’s Supper (communion) is offered each week to children and volunteers who are baptized believers. An offering is taken to support Jemima Jonquille, who is a student at Sonlight Academy in Port-de-Paix, Haiti.
