Easter Sets KCC Attendance Record

Easter Sets KCC Attendance Record

Easter Sunday at KCC set record Sunday morning worship attendance with 615 people attending two morning services!

Nailing names to the Cross Easter Sunday

The previous record for a Sunday morning attendance was 580 set at the former location of 152 South Cedar Street.

Easter Sunday was highlighted by people coming forward to nail their names on the cross to commemorate what Jesus did for them by dying on a Roman cross for our sins.

The end of second service was punctuated by two young people giving their lives to Jesus Christ through Christian baptism.

Fern North and Joshua Philipps having studied the scriptures with their parents both were baptized into Jesus Christ at the conclusion of second service.

Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 15: 3-4 “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,  and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.”

Thanks to everyone who prayed and invited friends and family to our Easter Sunday worship! Jesus is alive and we will continue to proclaim Him as our Lord and King!
