Bus Ministry Rolls into KCC

The Kalkaska Church of Christ recently purchased a pre-owned 21-passenger Ford bus for ministry use! The bus can be used during the week with children’s programs, WASP & Octane, to transport children from the school to the church building. The youth will benefit from using the bus for transportation to outings locally like work projects, skiing, sledding, movies as well as longer trips to SuperStart CIY, Believe, Move, and the like. Dale Farrier added to Elder Board

The congregation approved the nomination of Dale Farrier to a 3-year term on the board of Elders last Sunday during the 2018 annual meeting. Those also approved for another 3-year term were Trend Owner, Mike Babcock and former Kalkaska Sheriff, Dave Israel. Three New Classes Launch this Sunday

We’re super excited to offer three new Faith Training Classes beginning this Sunday, April 23, 2017 at KCC! Our goal with this class is to strengthen and help hurting marriages. However, we also believe this class will help prepare young singles and couples for marriage in the future. Additionally, we’ll be looking at how God fits into all of this. Restore Me Ministry Launches Website

Former Senior Minister, Dan Johnson, along with wife, Sherry, are pleased to announce the launch of their new website, Restore Me! Restore Me Ministry was started in 2015 by Dan and Sherry Johnson. The Johnsons have served in local church ministry for over 40 years. Upon retiring in 2015, Dan and Sherry found they still had a heart for the Church and its ministers. KCC Announces New Children’s Minister

The Kalkaska Church of Christ introduced Sara Blasko as the new Children’s Minister Sunday morning. She was previously a territory manager for medical devices. Sara will taking taking the place of Ashley Boger who is pursuing a career in teaching after finishing up her Elementary Education degree. Sara is the daughter of Jeff & Carol Badgero, founders of H.O.P.E. missions. Graduation Sunday

KCC honored all those graduating from High School and College Sunday. Jody Terrell introduced those graduates who were present in worship and encouraged them for their futures.

Baby Recognition Sunday

On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10th, we will be having a special time to recognize the babies in our church born over the past year. If you are interested in having your baby recognized, please email the church office and let us know what service you plan to attend (8:30 or 11:00). We would also like a photo of your baby to show during the service. Again, please email one to the office.

Man proposes to Girlfriend in Church
