This Saturday, 18 of us will leave the parking lot of KCC and head to Crandon, Wisconsin, for our middle school mission trip. We will be working inside two area reservations (the Potawatomi and the Chippewa), pouring the love of Jesus into the kids through various games and activities.
Our middle schoolers will get a taste of what it is like to be ‘on mission’ for Jesus. They will spend an entire week not thinking of themselves, but rather serving those around them. It will be a time for us to grow as a group and to grow closer to our ultimate goal: to see as many people come to Jesus as we can.
Please pray for our group, not just for safe travels and safety during our trip, but also for the hearts of our middle schoolers (and adult leaders). Pray they would be open to what God has in store and that they would have a willingness to grow closer to Him. Pray that the people we interact with will be open to the gospel and will hear the message of Jesus. Pray that God will use us to grow His kingdom and bring His name honor and glory.
