Sermon Scripture: Acts 10
Sermon Big Idea: The Bible is full of lines drawn that God’s people are not supposed to cross. Jesus redrew the lines but not by changing the message of the Gospel.
Acts 10:1-8
- The first vision was an affirmation that Cornelius’ prayers were being heard.
Acts 10:9-33
- The second vision was for Peter, the leader of the church, to open his eyes to a broader audience.
Acts 10:34-48
- The third vision is God’s vision for all to come to know Him.
Redrawn lines changed who could receive the message, not the message itself.
