Muse is the new AI assistant from Meta (formally known as Facebook). It claims to help you with everything from losing weight to booking a reservation at your favorite restaurant. What can Muse do to help you in your Christian walk? Well, it’s as simple as asking it. Be sure to check out #4! It’s amazing.
How can Muse help a Christian grow in their faith? Here are four ideas:
1. A Daily Devotional- Muse will give you a Bible verse and a short reflection to help get your day started right.
2. Bible Study Help – Stumped by the meaning of a verse or passage of scripture? Ask for help and you will receive a walk-through context, cross-references, and what it meant originally.
3. A Prayer List – Just give Muse a name and the prayer request. It will keep track of your list, remind you to pray, and make notes of answered prayers.
4. Make Sunday’s Stick – Do you find yourself asking what was the message about on Sunday afternoons? Just send Muse a picture of the sermon notes and it will assemble clean notes and key verses to revisit along with 1-2 things to put into practice that week.
This is just scratching the surface of what Muse can do for Christians. Here are some additional ideas to use Muse.
- Memorize a Bible Verse – Muse will break down the verse for you, help you remember it and quiz you on it each day until you have it mastered.
- Illustrate a Bible Story – Say, for example, you are reading a story in the Bible. Ask Muse to illustrate it for you to help you have a better vision of what is going on.
- Make a Recommendation – Are you studying a certain topic, Bible book, or doctrine? Ask Muse to give you a recommendation for a book or podcast on that topic.
These are just ideas to get you started. There is so much more an AI assistant like Muse can do for you. The fun and exciting part is coming up with questions and commands to give it.
