Village of Kalkaska Tree Planting Event on Saturday, October 21, 2017. We will be meeting at Chalker Park, 200 Laurel Street, at 8:45 AM for sign-ups and light refreshments. At 9:00 AM, ReLeaf Michigan will have a quick presentation on planting and caring for trees. We will then break up into groups and head out to plant trees. Please ensure the following:
· Wear closed-toe shoes
· Dress for the weather (we will plant rain or shine)
· Bring tools from the attached list, if you have available
